Senior Payment Manager (d/f/m)

We need support at our location in Hamburg at the earliest opportunity and are looking for a Senior Payment Manager (d/f/m)

• Taking over the ownership of our payment processes
• Provide our users a great user experience during the whole payment process
• Managing the company internal payment related processes
• Maintaining and building relationships with Payment Service Providers and Payment Gateway Providers
• Analyze payment related trends, derive conclusions and implement improvements into the current payment solutions

• Very good payment industry knowledge
• Ideally 3 – 5 years of experience working in Payment partner management and working with Payment Service Providers
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Solid experience using end to end payment analysis to drive optimization of payments performance
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Kibana or equivalent)
• Experience in managing multiple payment platforms, payment processors, and global payments

Bonus points for

• Understanding of the Gaming industry, including products, process flows is a big plus
• Good German language skills
