What you do:

• Management, coordination, and development of an international team consisting of 3-5 employees located in Cologne (hybrid working model)
• Responsible for forecast of freight costs and CO2 emissions for new and existing vehicles to enable financial planning and strategic decisions
• Reporting of monthly incurred inbound logistics costs broken down by category and cost center
• Various cost- and trend analyses and according supply chain visualizations
• Customer and stakeholder management & engagement across the business
• Support projects & supply chain solutions from definition to implementation

What you got:

• Degree in/focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and /or Business Administration
• Ideally at least 2 years varied experience in a logistics or solution design role
• People orientation and motivation to develop a team and individuals
• Motivated to drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects
• Affinity and intensive experience in data analytics
• Ability to analyze complex cause & effect relationships and communicate results
• Eye-for-the-detail and ability to work against strict timelines
