Head of Software Development ADAS / AD Driving Functions (f/m/d)

YOUR TEAM

As head of the department you are directly responsible for the implementation of ADAS/AD functionality of the next generation. Your contribution creates customer-experiencing features on the way towards autonomous driving.
To do this, you are part of an interdisciplinary leadership team to incorporate your solutions into an end to end customer functionality. Your teams will develop, test and experience the future of mobility from the concept phase to market readiness.

• Leading the department for ADAS / AD software development for L2+, L3 and L4 driving functions
• Responsible to build efficient teams that deliver high quality software solutions
• Continuous improvements on efficiency, tooling and quality
• Disciplinary leadership responsibility for the respective software teams
• Responsibility for developing employees with development plans, coaching and definition of measures and trainings
• Strategic development of the department and overall software development

• Strong leadership personality with 7+ years of management experience
• Proven capability of successfully series development and deployment of embedded ADAS / AD software
• Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms/ programming concepts
• High level of own initiative, excellent communication skills, self-management and team orientation
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus
